I gotzzz a question for y'all.....When you open your Bibles to any of Paul's Epistles-- then when reading the opening do you ever think or replace a couple of the words to reflect the letter being written to you personally or to your church (by name) or your town? It seems that everytime I enter one of Paul's letters that thought comes to me and often I replace who the letter was written to with my name, or my community or my church. Over the years it appears to make the reading more personal for me rather than reading a letter to someone else. Maybe that is why I so often see my short falls in my life and why I see why my church and organized religion appears to be slipping away. Any way, if you have not, maybe the next time you open your Bible and read from Paul, in that opening put your name in there or your church or your town. I hear a lot of folks talking about how screwed up our world is, but ---things really aren't any different today than say a couple thousand years ago-----sort of like mankind just won't learn
