I wrote to IR on the Nikola web site on 7/23:

Comment: Where is Mark Russell? How about an update on Badger OEM? How about an update on progress in Germany. This silence is deafening. Not one word from the CEO of our company since the IPO. Enough of Trevor already. I enjoy his updates on the tech but we need to hear from our new CEO to lend some credibility to this company!!

Here is their response:

"Hello Televet. Have you taken a look at our latest Groundbreaking event?
- Nikola Support"

So I responded (after I quit laughing):

Yes I have. That "news" has no meat on the bone as was evidenced by the stock action today. Is that all you've got?

I repeat, why has no one seen or heard from Mark Russell? He is the new CEO isn't he? How about a shareholder welcome letter from the new CEO discussing his vision for the company and some milestones with projected dates? If the company has a plan in place. share it!!

Who's running Nikola your PR department? Whomever it is, they are doing a terrible job. Press releases are typically issued to keep shareholders apprised of company progress and in turn support the stock price. Again, what about some news about actual material progress on the State of the Badger OEM search. And again, how's the German factory partner doing? How close are we to getting manufacturing started?

While I appreciate the tech updates from Trevor, they come across as amateurish. Certainly not something worthy of a multi billion dollar company. Enough of Trevor already. Aren't we, as shareholders, entitled to hear from our new CEO?

I defend this company and stock against many investors who think this company is a facade. With lack of any news with substance. I'm afraid I can't blame them.
