If I’m owed something I’m not going to take anything less than that . Why would some one exchange a payout of 559k cash for 301k shares? Even at .10 is only 30k$ ... that is the worst business plan in history , unless they knew that they were going to make more than that with the exchange of less shares . Use some basic math here ... is your bank gonna take less than what they are owed on your house or car? The only math to support a debt of 559k at 301k is 1.93 PPS ... of course the shorts here are going to say something outrageous like it doesn’t matter they lost amazon lol , you think debtors give a sh$& about that ? This is business and the only thing to quantify is money . Money owed and money earned . And I do not see an investment group ever settling for 30k over 559k .
