From what I have read it appears that all mining operations in the Philippines has been halted by order of the Govt. Due to the severe weather that they've been having and the deluge of typhoons. The rainy season ends in Febuary so not much is gonna be happening till then. Its not just Paim, this is all mining companies and their operations.
