LOOK AT THEIR EVALUATIONS FOR OUR ASSETS!!
WE KNOW IT WAS THE LIQUIDATION OF BIOAMBER SARNIA.
I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE DETAILS OF THE CAPITAL RAISE COMPLETED BY VISOLIS. THAT WOULD BE "AN INVESTMENT IN BIOAMBER,INC".
THOSE SISPS WERE "FISHY"...TO SAY THE LEAST.
NOPE, NO AMENDMENTS WERE EVER MADE TO CANCEL THE EQUITY!!
