But if it doesn't, it'll cost USXP $500K -- which equals 5,000,000 shares .....

A small fraction of todays volume. lol. So if the deal doesn't go through, its sort of like North American Air was given 5M shares for "stock consulting". lol

So how many planes does North American Air have ? If they go for $20M each, you can guess how much money USXP will need.
