This is showing a patent from 2003 for an RxAir unit.

Almost 20 year old technology. I bet the other folks making and selling UV light air purifiers have much better machines by now!

Vystar has said they have made "improvements".

Does that mean the new units are not under patent?
IF there was a new patent, I bet they would have crowed about it!

If they have made changes to the RX400, what does that mean as far as FDA certification?
