One of the things we asked Burg when we were at the SHM, was about this... They maintained that they really didn;t know how many shares Chassman had (They were always very upfront about calling her Chassman)... I tried to get them to give us a number... Steve at one point just looked at us all, and said millions, and refered us to the filings. he did say though, that they wouldn't be where they are today if it weren't for her.
