Can you ANSWER why KNOWING FULL WELL AS WE KNOW IT ACCORDING TO BOTH THE COMPANY and THE DIPS THIS IS TO BE ZEROED OUT, why it is NOT TRADING AT A PENNY????????????

I have asked the same question numerous times

SO ANSWER IT

And answer why it is being held DOWN and range bound @ 25-.26
