Able to enter new order on td ameritrade.
Placed order to buy 10,000 shares at 0.05. It was not filled but it did go thru. I also have an account with vanguard, and they recently disallowed trading on otc except for top tier. I have another stock that is on the greys and it does trade. Wild swings since no buy and asks.
