Yes, I really don't believe we are done with NeoGenomic. A side from that isn't there a few in the background involving deals such as GE Health. I also recall 2 other corporations way back that dealt with Barnhill. It seems to me why not kick Intel's a$$ again or at least go out trying and smiling instead of crying and wishing. I would think NeoGenomics CEO "Doug" has many regrets, who knows maybe he is looking over his shoulder.

What happens if in the end we decide to let Intel buys us out? Will "Intel" clean up the rest of the varmints that might be using our technology/patents?

Maybe they "The Varmints" should also pay up and get in the licensing line before HDC files suit on them too!

Also...who in hell might be using our BIOMARKERS?
