I always viewed this as just a shell.
No assets, no property, no IP or patents.

Just a 40mm Share shell just waiting to be used..

I though this would have hit No Bid years ago and pick up a sweet Kings random girl nothing.,

Pool a few shareholders together for 51% and make something happen.

It can’t have any debt if assets were removed in some settlement.

The last communications from the CEO due to massive volume was, “ there is nothing here”.

At the time I had an individual looking for a shell. OTOW caught my eye and I’ve never let it go.
