It's up to Judge Sweeney to accept the amendment. The original filing was based on damage done to the corporations' finances to date. Exercise of warrants at 100,000 for a single dollar for 79.9% of the corporations is another taking. If the warrants were issued at a strike price based on September 5, 2008 close (fair value) Fannie would receive $32 billion more for the warrants and Freddie would receive $13 billion more.

If Treasury exercises the warrants I will file a lawsuit if there isn't one. Other shareholders here have echoed similar sentiments.

Care to share where you learned that the compliant cannot be amended?
