I return to Joiner's accusations regarding the reason for this company not reporting with the SEC. The present CEO was not leading the company during those years of failure. The SEC officers or attorneys will not divulge either the specific complaints nor who, when or how many have been filed.
I will enjoy Thanksgiving in many ways. I am thankful that the investment community, on a whole, is not being run by incompetants and mental midgets like the foreign element who are on this company's roster. Also thankful that those creditors and longtime investors have put their faith in John Allen and not embroiled this company in lawsuits. Thankful that honesty is still part of a few who TRY to run a successful company. Thankful that the in the end those who have a clear conscience will lead a serene life.
Till the SEC filings are made public I will sit back and enjoy my family, friends and this great state of Texas.
