Any lawyers on the board?

According to the 8-K

On July 17, 2020, Amazon Logistics, Inc. (“Amazon”) notified ShypDirect, LLC (“ShypDirect”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Transportation and Logistics Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), that Amazon has elected to terminate the Amazon Relay Carrier Terms of Service (the “Program Agreement”) between Amazon and ShypDirect effective as of November 14, 2020 (the “Termination Notice”).

Amazon loses the Driver Wage Suit - Waithaka v. Amazon.com

My take but would like lawyer type input
Classifying the last mile drivers as contractors eliminated the overhead of all the individual state labor laws.
This ruling would in effect remove that top cover and open them to a huge amt of class action suits.

Possible more than TLSS was termed??
Would make sense.
