R/S on pink sheets means we are screwed way more than 20%. On one of the issues I hold, the recently split and I have lost over 96% between the split and the post R/S dive. But they have done such a good job with the company they voted themselves a nice bonus. When the day is done, they got the last laugh at shareholders.
