If the accumulations were being held, price would reflect as such. Seems more like heavy shorting and flipping. I’ll agree the previous RS were done by the previous company. But with price currently dwindling; and the length of time they’ve been promising that audit, IMO if they don’t get it completed and out soon, the price will continue to dwindle.
