Nomis has sold some shares but not enough to even put a dent in their holdings. If they tried to unload the price would lock up because we have such a small float buying would stop. Valient and Venrock agreed to lock thier shares up with the PIPE so they are all in on thier research in my opinion. When in doubt I just remind myself of thier positions and how little room they actually had to play when investigating this deal. Smart People that could go anywhere chose this deal for a reason and I'm good with that. Mayo Clinic is running our trials for a reason and wouldn't be toying with this in the current environment if they didn't believe in what's being tested. I dont think we have to much longer to wait. But you never know.
