As I read the wording of this release it says the company needs to respond to comments made, not concerns as one poster worded it, by the staff of the SEC. I see a difference between concerns and comments. Howbout you farm? lol

I see why CB tried for the 29th but being realistic, that was just cutting it way to fine with the holiday and I'll bet that is the deal in the nutshell.

They have been through the fire and come out just fine.

It would of been much better to of named a date in Jan 07 in the first place.
