Here is a catalyst: Inovio announced OWS Primate Challenge selection end of June. IMO, this will take a couple months to get these preclinical results. Based on INO’s speed to accomplish anything, may not be completed until late Sept. This gives them an out for not producing a vaccine as they missed the window of opportunity. There should be some headlines between now and then to make money on though. Just my opinion of course.
