Just a quick note as I just rolled out of bed...it is about time HDC!

Ok, now HDC probably figures they will go broke prior to any court payment and doubt Intel will pay royalties. I figure the possibility of Intel buying us out that is focused on the last modification of our latest patent.

Another quick thought is massive pressure is on HDC to do something I'm sure they read these threads. This may or may not ease other present suits.

The last quick message is the thought that HDC had to throw something to us investors and know it is a crap shot to even come out of this still wearing a shirt.

Yes it is about time period to make or break HDC for better or worse.
