I looked into it - using your example of ford even though its still apples and oranges
with the cap numbers #s vs production compared,
Wkhs should produce 158 units per year
So it doesn't seem to me that a 20 truck contract is a bad thing.

Now - full disclosure - I was a casino ops director for years -
Im well versed in manipulating stats to make #s look how I needed them to look to achieve what I needed every month.
Which is exactly what you are doing here (Just hoping nobody would look at those #s cause it sounds so detrimental when you throw out "Billion" figures)

So I dont think a 20 truck contract is bad like you say it is
