Yes, I have always been able to withdraw plus1 coins. First to tradesatoshi when it was open (closed now) but just sent some over to Southxchange a few days ago.
I can help you out there.
First you when you go to SouthX you go to the plus one wallet there on the exchange click "create new address" . Then use the clipboard thing to copy it to your clipboard.
The go to your wallet here and paste the address where you want to send it on the Ihub wallet spot.
The address should look something like this
PSAWuZSgybbsihQe4vXCRPhtLcd2izk9Jv
Do not send coins to that address above, I just generated a random one so you should know exactly what it looks like. There are no other weird characters or anything just a string of letters that should show up.
Once you press send on that to send to that wallet. The people at IHUB manually look at at it and eventually send it. This time it took 3-4 days sometimes it has been over 2 weeks. If you have a really long time you can use the help button on this site and someone will contact them over at plus1 to make it happen.
I have successfully sent all Plus1 off this wallet so you can do it, it works.
I am not sure if those addresses you showed in the prior post were mean to look like that but that is not the correct format for address it is just a string of letters and numbers as above.
I hope this helps. Ill keep checking in to make sure you get yours through
Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
