Wow, does no one read docs in this board? Majority of shareholders of Bioamber is now just 1 company or person... The shares that the docs talk about are Sarnia Shares... not Bioamber Shares. That is why everyone is confused on what they are saying and about whom is what....and its the reason a shareholder meeting was not needed to do what they already did.

you guys remember the 7 million raised just before BK filling???? what was given for that money? hmmmmmmmm? ill tell you what was given.... Majority Control.

All 3 companies in CCAA for Admin purpose only. The court Treats each Company separate.

this is of course My opinion but I have actual docs I can post to back this up unlike some other theory's on this board.
