Interesting Dewm, I could see a deal whereby Walmart helps Electrovaya finance growth and POs in exchange for a little stock, or like you say Walmart invests in them. It could be a win/win.

If Walmart wants to replace PLUG say in 30 warehouses that is a huge order that will take big bucks to fulfill. To speed it up Walmart pays upfront is one option. Walmart reduces energy use by 2/3 but costs even more as hydrogen cost much more that plugging a charger into the wall plug.
