The end is all coming into focus. This fits perfectly with FASAB Mr. Werfel's comment that warrants were intended to drive PPS down to next to nothing and Judge Sweeney's ruling that direct claims have no standing. Now Treasury will just reverse all of it by directing the money for the warrants towards GSE's capital buffers thereby fulfilling derivative claims in Sweeney's Court. Analysts have figured this out.




Agreed. Mostly that money will go towards the capital buffers for the company.
