I know we like dusting off filings around here but today’s action has nothing to do with book keeping. Trump is railroading school reopening and the entire sector is moving. As conversations at every single level of US government continue, talks of “mandates” and “official guidance” are being considered and will then be politicized and finally, rolled out.
PCTL is holding the cornerstone IP and it’s the type of situation that could explode over night.
