Knuckle, my wife is an OR nurse and in her current job she works mostly ortho cases and other elective procedures.

This is exactly correct:
2 Elective procedures, especially orthopedic and cardiac surgical procedures, are among the most profitable services for hospitals.

These hospitals:
1. Can’t handle the overload of Covid patients.
2. Are spending a lot of money on ppe for Covid.
3. Don’t have icu space for any other potential icu type patents.
4. Are losing massive revenue from elective procedures, esp the ones that need a 1 night stay after their procedure since they can’t block space with them.

One day recently she sent me pics of the cars in the parking lot. Ferrari, R8, etc etc. all surgeons performing elective cases.

Anyway, I guess I’m saying if Lenz cuts down on hospital and icu stays, the hospital and surgeons for elective and ortho case def make more money.
