Handlamera, The Judge responded swiftly and decisively to the settlement filing. He also has quickly posted our letters outlining investor concerns regarding the proposed dismissal, "non-payment" claim, etc. He did this as a warning to the Plaintiffs to come clean with their disclosure when he hauled them back into court. He has a history as a no nonsense judge, and based upon his rulings to date, he is on our side. I'm confident in him, and I'm confident that the Plaintiffs will push the settlement steps through. It is their only pathway to profiting from this investment. Wide distribution notification of this settlement, once approved, will move the stock above $1, and higher again when the Tri-way dividend is finalized. That's why I continue to buy.
