Thanks for the info, Grip. Much appreciated. I wasn't aware there were limitations on salary/options awarded. To me it sounded like a bonus given by the board. Yeah, I agree, the previous missteps are troubling and gives a target for the shorters to shoot at and drag progress down. Hoping the newly beefed-up advisory group will eliminate or minimize the fumbling and stumbling you pointed out. Do you think this suit can derail the uplist or will that more likely be viewed as irrelevant to the application? If we were closer to BP it would probably draw a wrist-slap or manageable fine from what I've seen reported with legal challenges in this sphere. Thanks again for your insight.
