If a person had $5000 to invest in a company what reason would you give them to invest in CZNI over all the other thousands of companies out there? What would be the #1 reason?

That's easy. I wouldn't tell anyone to 'invest' in CZNI. Anyone who is holding CZNI shares currently is speculating. Speculation and 'trading' shares is what the OTC is all about.

One could speculate (and this is the reason I hold shares) that because the current CEO has a proven track record of merging non public entities into existing publicly traded entities and consistently increasing share value in those entities 10,000%, that this is a good time to buy shares here.

Will a hyperbolic increase in share value hold? There's no way to tell and will depend on several factors. Might, might not.

Will there be a window of opportunity to cash in on a share value increase? Always. There certainly was in his other companies.

If you are engouraging people to 'invest' in OTC companies in the hopes of finding the next Amazon or Walmart (which I don't think you are but you keep using the term 'invest'), I think you might agree that there is a better chance of return on speculation in pennyland.
