I'm not sure that holds True . if one company is not publicly traded and
As long as their is no gaap ruling Sgmd
Will receive 40 percent of proceeds .

Example any Publicly traded company that does business in China
Only gets 50 percent of revenues . They are in business with the China government but those revenue count on the books . Startbuck. Apple etc .

I know everyone that's been around Sgmd thinks this is a scam but
The bond holder tell me different . They will never invest unless they had
Knowledge of the company .
