I can't answer that but I noticed in trying to that Locust has a brokerage firm and that they not only provide advisory services such as "to lead the Company’s out-licensing negotiations for rights to oral rinse Brilacidin for the treatment of Oral Mucositis (OM)" but also assist in private placements and securing capital. In fact....

Just noticed...doesn't qualify as an affiliation but the CEO and co-founder of Locust Walk's bio says this:
"He holds an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School, a Masters in Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Economics from Duke University."
Another senior exec "holds an MBA in Health Care Management and Marketing from The Wharton School".
At least a connection if not an affiliation.
