"Buffett bought gas gathering and pipelines and Chevron paid $5/bbl in the ground which makes the bottom. At that valuation chk has a $2 bil valuation gap. If that oil number goes to 6.50 and gas hits over $2 the common is worth 80 -100 and the pfd goes to 12. It’s $1 now."
