Dennis, both of your provided links are from 2015, are from legal firms attempting to drum up business and in no way record legal enforcements or even judgements for that matter.

From the site: “...allegedly made misrepresentations” - where’s the judgement? I couldn’t find anything else. Did this even get filed? The statement says “there is one complaint”. Also very telling that the legal firm that posted this states their compensation is on a ‘contingency fee basis’...they only get paid if they win...similar to the ambulance chasing personal injury attorneys in every town.

So....did they get paid?
