Adjust to current share count of 1.5B (reduce by 20%?) but there may already be other deals out there.

I have got the Gratia Ventures plan from their investor group. There is a plan that Gratia Ventures may reverse merged into $INQD. Please note that share count increased to 1.5 billion O/S as of today so I will have to update it. pic.twitter.com/BhBE0y9iY4
