Paul doesn't know because he doesn't control their release. The 10K cannot be filed without the auditor's sign-off. When they approve it, then Paul can sign the form and file it. Although Mexus pays the auditors, they don't control them. That's why they are called "independent auditors."

Paul has submitted all the data the auditors have requested, but he cannot say how long they will take to review the data.
