I think ATVI s lawyer cherry picked stuff but was very articulate in her arguments about filtering,what constitutes and abstract idea,what is a process and w hgv at is a protocol.

The WDDD lawyer had a lot of ammunition but was too fast at first and wanted to touch upon all these issues including what was addressed in the PTAB as being valid patents and what happens in a virtual world between a client and a server that certain actions have to be taken that maybe part process and part protocol rather than just an abstract idea that is no patentable.

We shall soon see what Judge Casper decides
on whether this was an abstract idea part of filtering or a patentable process or protocol
