An Indian Investment Banker from Singapore does not buy into 5% of an OTC company just because it looks like a value! Someone knows something we don't.

I loaded 434782 today at .0023, and the bags get harder to drag. Will do the same or more tomorrow. Last chance for the low 2's I feel. (not a weather report)
