Excellent meeting (except for tech difficulties) with NP on fire. Here is my rough summary:

-Preliminary voting results indicates that extra 100M shares will approved, but NP committed to minimize using them providing example that he only used 15M recently and that warrants may help him avoid any of the new ones.
-NP reiterated excellent results in M&M trials for SAE. IMHO, he did a much better job and reiterated that superior M&M results is a probable indication of efficacy. They are still working on data analysis and will submit results as soon as they are available. (I bet that shorters will strike, but I don’t give a rat’s a***s.
-Company still plans next week’s half/interim for C&S patients. NP mentioned again that there were deaths, so the key is to determine whether they occurred in the treatment arm or in the control arm. NP stated plan to request expedited emergency approval due to the pandemic.
-Type A meeting for BLA hopefully next week and NP reiterated that response to FDA comments are doable.
-NP reminded audience that Cancer addresses over 20 different conditions and that company is hoping for approval based on “breakthrough tech”.
-Company has started recruiting top researchers to be part of Advisory Board. They will provide advice on how to best pursue approvals for Cancer, HIV, COVID, etc. Their credentials were impressive.
-Plan fo NASDQ uplisting is ongoing since last week and company will submit 10k form. in a few weeks, with approval expected in mid August or third week of August (3-4 weeks).

Dr. Kelly and Mr. Mulholland did a good job assisting NP.

There was only one question, which I suspect had to do with audio problems. This is a shame, but I nevertheless got a positive feeling from the meeting. I continue to be LONG on CYDY.
