Your word "just" is misleading.....



"Just" implies simplicity. There's nothing simple about these filings.


There's FAR too much to read. I wasn't able to locate the words in question......but let's assume that I had. Would those words have even been accurate? Almost all of the time, things are worded in legal documents so as to be strategically ambiguous.


So the problem becomes twofold: 1) How to locate the sought-after information without any clear heading such as "note regarding possible Reverse Split in the future, and 2) How to even believe the information that one is looking at. .....Just a MONUMENTAL waste of time.


There's a reason why only about 1 out of every thousand or so humans are involved in the Stock Market. Fix the transparency problems and watch the DOW soar to 300k over night!!!
