The ceo has officially allowed this to turn back into a traditional penny stock. Very disappointing. If anyone would like to have a formal meeting with our shares to take a joint effort to put in a class action request to have her removed let's start it with the board. Maybe a formal statement from several million shares would motivate them. At this point i can only believe as part owner of this company the system could be fraudulent or under performing for their own financial needs and side deals. I'm over the non compliance. Im not selling but now I'm taking action
