TOL +1.89 to 36.22, I added a few shares this morning .... luxury homebuilders should benefit from the rising stock market which will allow buyers to make hefty down payments. TOL has significant exposure to the NYC suburbs where demand is strong as city dwellers move out in wake of the pandemic.
