I really don't see why it would limit the upside in any way. If we all take a few steps back and look at the big picture, it's very bright. By far, the most important thing for a developing biotech is cash to move forward. Assuming the entire offering is placed, we are in an extremely comfortable position with regard to finances. This not only allows us to proceed with factory expansion and multiple studies, but it gives us leverage in any opportunities that may arise with regard to partnerships. This offering was a very smart move at this time. Contrary to your belief that the upside is limited, I believe it does not limit our upside at all, and this should re-start its upward trend very soon. Good luck!
