Can anyone explain this better to me? Why would anyone buy into the offering when the offering is 3x the current pps? Why pay .03 a share when you can get them for less than .01? Someone would have to be a certain kind of special to want to make that move? Not familiar with these forms of offerings. Surly I’m missing something with how that all works? And how long they been promising them audits are coming? I’ve thought about soaking up a small position and see what happens. What are holders expecting the run will be if they do get the audit completed and released?
