LAC - not implying anything mostly trying to get my brain wrapped around the situation. After reading DTCC counsel Thompson's interview denying the impact of NSS on the market I don't feel good having to count on the DTCC for any damn thing.

Perhaps there is a lot more to this game that we don't see - I hope there is.
