If the email is as presented, it was a request for a loan or restricted stock purchase to expedite a production increase. That is certainly legitimate. Grammatical or typographic errors in such an email are - in a favorite line of Perry Mason - incompetent, irrelevant and immaterial. (I watch a lot of his reruns.)

By now, the ongoing production has undoubtedly relieved the temporary cash crunch caused by the cost of two audits, both currently underway. The annual report (10K) and the first quarter of FY 2021 (10Q) are due the same day.
