Mr. White Founded (NYSE AMEX:DSS) Document Security Systems, Inc. (“DSS”) in 2002 and served as their Chief Executive Officer and Director from August 2002 thru November 2012.



Under White's direction, from 2007 through 2011 Document Security Systems was named "Technology Fast 500” which is a list published by Deloitte LLP for the fastest growing technology companies in the USA.

Mr. White, a forward thinking, results-driven security technology industry executive, has over 37 years of private and public company operating, financial, and management experience to DSS.

He has extensive experience building successful organizations through combining his expertise in strategic planning, capital raising, product design and development, mergers and acquisitions, and operations management.

Mr. White was a member of the U.S. Secret Service's Document Security Alliance and he currently sits on the board of several technology companies.

Previously, Mr. White has held executive and financial positions at Citizens Bank (formerly Rochester Community Savings Bank), and several commercial printing companies. Mr. White received his Bachelors of Science (Accounting) degree and Masters of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
