Once we get the first approval, I see the stock clearing $30 pretty quickly, at which time they can start selling a million or two shares here and there to raise clinical money. If the govt. kicks in a few tens of millions for development or production, we can be knocking on $100 pretty fairly soon (given regulatory lag time). At some point the shorts will have to give up or risk huge losses, imo.
