Thank you very much for the quick reply. I stumbled across an article earlier today doing some research which covered the Cano acquisition of Healthy Partners. I sent an email to IR concerning the topic, however, I didn't get a response (as of yet).

P.S. And to the board, please pardon my laps of manners. I believe it's customary to post something when you're new to a board. I've been a shareholder of RXMD for about 3 years. So, yes, new to the board, but not new to the stock.
